Not really, but a hyped up storm that luckily didn't get all it's ingredients together. Started by running to the car in Maize while being pelted by heavy rains and small hail. Ran around grabbing my chase partners for the storm, then headed around trying to figure out what to chase. Pretty much did large circles around the Wichita area before heading south towards Wellington.

Always running a little late
Wow, it's been a while
Ruminators . . . I've been busy and that's a poor excuse. Spring is here and I hope to have things of interest to show you.
Like yesterday, blizzards in one part of the state that had highs in the high 80's the day before, apocalyptic wildfires that scorched 400,000 acres in south central Kansas and Oklahoma, and tornado watches in the NE part of the state.
Saying that we had March Winds yesterday was an understatement. Hard sustained winds with gusts in the 40s and 50s pushed a wildfire from Oklahoma into Kansas.
At one point I thought radar was showing rain moving into the area until I noticed the clouds looked brown? Last pic is not mine, but was floating around from Medicine Lodge.
